Brock ISD Back to School Information
Brock Elementary, Intermediate, and Junior High Campuses have elected to implement school supply fees for each student. This allows teachers to identify what supplies are best for their classrooms/subject area and each student has the same supplies. Fees are generally collected in the spring for the following school year so that the shopping can be done over the summer break. If your student(s) still needs to pay school supply fees please visit your students’ campus to do so. If your family needs assistance with school supply fees, please let your campus know and this will be arranged.
Kindergarten - $50
1st Grade - $55
2nd Grade - $50
*In addition to fees, each student will need a backpack large enough to hold a 9 1/2 x 11 1/2 folder ( No roller backpacks please) 2nd Graders will also need headphones
3rd-5th Grade $55
*Students will be responsible for:
3rd Grade - headphones, backpack, (no roller backpacks please)
4th Grade - headphones, zipper pouch with grommets
5th Grade - headphones, zipper binder, zipper pouch with grommets
6th-8th Grade $50
*Students will be responsible for backpacks, headphones, pens, pencils, and highlighters.
9th-12th Teachers will share supply needs for their classrooms with students during the first week of school.
Registration for new and returning students must be completed to receive teacher assignments/schedules. Registration should be completed through the Brock ISD Parent Portal links found on the BISD website.
All students must submit proof of residency to complete registration. Acceptable proof of residency documents: July or August electric or water bills showing physical address and usage. These documents can be dropped off in person or emailed to your student(s)’ campus :

Schedule/Teacher Letter Pickup
All campuses will have letters/ schedules available for pick up on Friday, August 13th from 9:00-3:00. In order to pick up the schedule/letter, students must have completed registration, provided proof of residency, and cleared lunch account from last school year.
New students can complete the handbook forms if applicable on this day.
Eagle’s Nest Telemedicine Consent
The district looks forward to providing convenient, on-campus, care for minor illnesses through the Eagles’ Nest. Brock ISD’s partnership with the Parker County Hospital District will allow telemedicine visits in the campus nurse’s office. The Eagles’ Nest will offer rapid flu, strep, and COVID testing along with treatment of minor colds, earaches, sore throats, skin rashes, and more. Parents and guardians must complete the consent form for visits and will be contacted prior to all visits. Parents wishing to join the visit via phone call/zoom may choose to do so.
